Ah, thanks, I hadn't seen your thread even when I googled before posting. But I did see this other one: https://lists.inverse.ca/sogo/arc/users/2013-02/msg00156.html There, problem turned out to be a misconfigured UIDFieldName. This is not my case. Also note that there is a difference between your issues and mine: I only found this problem with one user. If I wipe Thunderbird configuration and configure in the same way another account which has access to the same address books, it does work.
