Thank you for your answer.
No one is logged in as the resource and/or SOGoSuperUser.
When a group of users reserver the meetingroom-A, I can still reserve
the same room at the same time without the error message pop on
thunderbird, and samething if I do it from the web interface.
A couple of days ago, I the message error appeared.

If either answer to the above questions is yes, then you can add as many
events as you like to the same date and time.
All other users with write access will get warnings on overbooking.
All users without write access to this resource can only invite, if it
is not booked already.
