Hello,
one possible treason I found out is a mismatched user account. Just restart sogo then watch the log to see if this error is produced from an special user logging in! Then remove the user wich sogo-tool.
In my case everytime the error occured it was a user with a false configuration.

Have a look at http://www.sogo.nu/fr/nc/support/faq/article/how-do-i-debug-sogo.html
When you see "pid xxxx has-been hanging in the same request for ...)", attach specifically to that PID and produce a backtrace.
