Hi, When we open a message with a attachment, if the size of the attachment is small we can download the attachment or from the content of the message of from the head of the message (near the paperclip icon).
But if it's a big attachment we still can download the attachment through the icon inside the content of the message but the icon close to the paperclip stop working. Regards.
