You have to enable public access in sogo.conf for all users with: SOGoEnablePublicAccess = YES; Now you can set read privileges for pseudo user "Public Access" on every calendar and/or addressbook you want to. Then all people world wide can access that calendar via CalDAV, ics-File or XML-File, if they know the URL.
