With that option you only can define the standard categories.
There is also a default colour for categories you can set.
Currently this is a light grey.
But if you want to set individual colours for your categories for all
users, you have to do so with a script on the sogo server.
You can use sogo-tool for that.
You should first generate a backup of a user with changed colours.
In that you can see how it works.
