If you want to have additional IMAP accounts (and external) in SOGo, you can enable SOGoMailAuxiliaryUserAccountsEnabled. If you want synchronization of remote ICS subscritions inbetween SOGo and Thunderbird - that might not happen soon because we did this by design.
