If you don't have default ACL (SOGoCalendarDefaultRoles and SOGoContactsDefaultRoles), by default it's "None" so even if you do the steps above, without changing ACLs, no subscriptions will be shown nor available. If you changed SOGoCalendarDefaultRoles or SOGoContactsDefaultRoles, existing collections won't be affected.
