[SOGo] Webmail produces blank body when sending mails in HTML

When the option "Compose messages in" is in "HTML, all of the email sent 
through the webmail, produces a blank body at the receiving end.  Email 
body is blank as well in the sent folder.  Tested on users with or 
without signatures.  Switching to "Text" solves the problem.

I am using Debian Wheezy with the inverse repo, I believe we are at the 
latest version for that distro, Sogo 2.2.9a.

 * Is there a bug report on that?
 * Is there a quick fix?
