You could try to reset all imap folders or the device:
sogo-tool manage-eas resetfolder <youruser> <folderid from listfolders>
or
sogo-tool manage-eas resetdevice <youruser> <deviceid>

If the problem doesn't go away or if it returns a tcpdump could help to 
understand what's going on.
