I beg you pardon, but not everyone has your level of insight into the inner workings of SOGo ... please be a bit more specific. On page 50 of the SOGo manual those three parameters are listed. But there is only a brief explanation and there is no recommendation that the defaults should be changed and if so, which values would be appropriate. How do you suggest to set these parameters?
