Next we uninstalled all and tried to reinstall by integrator 31.0.1 : that don't work better, after the first restart, no modules are installed and TB don't restart automatically. And it worked on my TB 31.3 (it had the cert added by the previous install, same server).
Do you see any errors in the Thunderbird error console after a restart?
