[SOGo] no logs produced

I'm trying to debug ldap login issues but sogo isn't creating any log files

I've set sogo.conf

  SOGoDebugRequests = YES;
  SoDebugBaseURL = YES;
  ImapDebugEnabled = YES;
  LDAPDebugEnabled = YES;
  //PGDebugEnabled = YES;
  MySQL4DebugEnabled = YES;

  WODontZipResponse = YES;
  WOLogFile = /var/log/sogo/sogo.log;

What am I missing here?
