Possibly, but it sounds more like he just needs a better E-mail client that can retrieve mail from all his accounts onto the one machine. Mozilla Thunderbird is free, very good, connects to any POP or IMAP mail account, and auto-configures itself for popular services. http://mozillamessaging.com
