[SOGo] Contact Uploading on SoGo

Hello,
Is there any tutorial on how to upload contacts onto SoGo.
I am quite new to CardDAV and would appreciate if someone could
provide help or tutorial on how do I upload customers onto SoGo.
I have them in vard format.  Request for help.
