It seems the same problem I have on my server. Look at my message from 05-25-2015. I got this problem after updating to openchange-2.3-zentyal11. Is there a way to better check the error? Maybe increasing samba debug level? I've already done the tests suggested in this thread: to create new user, to apply openchange_user_cleanup to existing user. Nothing works for me too.
