How interesting. Thank you for sharing your case. I see we have a very similar environment. Here I am using Ubuntu 14.04 for SOGo server and the packages are from: deb http://inverse.ca/ubuntu trusty trusty I did not know had to be installed the sogo-activesync package (thanks for the tip!). Just in case, after that I restarted SOGo and now in the log I see something like: Aug 04 14:15:19 sogod [22571]: version 2.3.1 (build @shiva.inverse 201507231602) -- starting Aug 04 14:15:19 sogod [22571]: vmem size check enabled: shutting down app when vmem > 384 MB Aug 04 14:15:19 sogod [22571]: 0x0x7f441f7e9748[SOGoProductLoader] SOGo products loaded from '/usr/lib/GNUstep/SOGo': Aug 04 14:15:19 sogod [22571]: 0x0x7f441f7e9748[SOGoProductLoader] SchedulerUI.SOGo, ActiveSync.SOGo, MailPartViewers.SOGo, MailerUI.SOGo, PreferencesUI.SOGo, Appointments.SOGo, Mailer.SOGo, AdministrationUI.SOGo, ContactsUI.SOGo, CommonUI.SOGo, MainUI.SOGo, Contacts.SOGo Aug 04 14:15:19 sogod [22571]: 0x0x7f441f9859c8[WOWatchDog] listening on 127.0.0.1:20000 Aug 04 14:15:19 sogod [22571]: 0x0x7f441f9859c8[WOWatchDog] watchdog process pid: 22571 Aug 04 14:15:19 sogod [22571]: 0x0x7f441c6746c0[WOWatchDogChild] watchdog request timeout set to 10 minutes Aug 04 14:15:19 sogod [22571]: 0x0x7f441f9859c8[WOWatchDog] preparing 3 children Aug 04 14:15:19 sogod [22571]: 0x0x7f441f9859c8[WOWatchDog] child spawned with pid 22572 Aug 04 14:15:19 sogod [22571]: 0x0x7f441f9859c8[WOWatchDog] child spawned with pid 22573 Aug 04 14:15:19 sogod [22571]: 0x0x7f441f9859c8[WOWatchDog] child spawned with pid 22574 That is, before I didn't see the ActiveSync.SOGo module. That is a step forward :-) Aug 04 05:08:58 sogod [15919]: <0x0x7fa39c1cc988[SOGoProductLoader]> SchedulerUI.SOGo, MailPartViewers.SOGo, MailerUI.SOGo, PreferencesUI.SOGo, Appointments.SOGo, Mailer.SOGo, AdministrationUI.SOGo, ContactsUI.SOGo, CommonUI.SOGo, MainUI.SOGo, Contacts.SOGo But still I keep getting a message that Outlook can not find the server. Must I restart another service (memcached?) or doing any special configuration on SOGo or Apache for Outlook (or another client) can synchronize through ActiveSync? Thank you very much again for your time. Best regards, Daniel
