No, you only can do that via the web frontend or a URL like this:
http[s]://${sogo.server.domain}/SOGo/so/${UIDofUser}/Contacts/${UIDofAddressBook}/exportFolder
Beware:
You need an sogo admin account to be able to do that for other users.
