it's vlf, copy and paste from log, I think it's a list
problem is howto solve in thunderbird this type of conflict, it's not
possible to discard local modify or in effect understand which contact
conflict with server information

I assume here you mean an *.vcf file not a *.vlf in the above URL.
403 means "access denied", so the user who tries to save this card, does
not have sufficient privileges to do so.
