I am part of a small company that uses Thunderbird and SOGo. But I've come to realize that the world we interact with is mostly comprised of Outlook users. And I've also just discovered that, by default, Outlook does not by default indent previous text on replies or forwards. I'm just curious how people deal with this? Do you configure Thunderbird to act like Outlook? How important is this and what are the drawbacks if you do not reconfigure Thunderbird?
