Hi all,

We're in the process of replacing our flakey and aging Zarafa mail
server with Postfix+Dovecot+SOGo, and so far in the tests, SOGo3 is
looking good. We've got SOGO 3.0.0-1 installed from the
http://inverse.ca/ubuntu-v3 repository on Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit.

I've been doing some test emails from my home account, where I enable
OpenPGP by default. Unexpectedly, I noticed SOGo had tried to verify
the digital signature (PGP/MIME), but it then declared the "Digital
Signature is not Valid".

I tried with an inline PGP email, and it didn't recognise that one at
all. Both emails were generated in Thunderbird+Enigmail, and both
validate successfully there.

I suspect, it's because it doesn't have the public key, and seems to
lack a key management interface (I suspect OpenPGP support is very much
in its infancy in SOGo).

Where abouts does SOGo execute gpg? Maybe I can set up a suitable
.gnupg directory to with a configuration to automatically fetch keys.

To be honest, I expected it to completely ignore OpenPGP in much the way
that many email clients do, so to have it attempt to even attempt, to me
was an unexpected surprise (a pleasant one). What are the plans for
this feature long-term?

Regards,
