Your SMTP server is refusing SOGo's RCPT TO command for that recipient.
Figure this out and it'll work.
It would be nice if SOGo would automate this error cause discovery by
showing the lines from SMTP error log, corresponding to the time of its
own error log lines, for viewing only by the admin users.
