Just a quick update. Found the cause of the issue... I had configured Dovecot to use the dict service and that wasn't starting properly. Dovecot would wait exactly 30 seconds before timing out... Error: read(/var/run/dovecot/dict) failed: Timeout after 30 seconds Figured this out after running an strace on the sogod process that was handling my call...
