Every now and then, Outlook clears all folders and their content, and rebuilds the content based on the server. This process takes quite some time (several minutes). Also, mail I already moved earlier from the inbox to some other mail folder reappears again in the box. I have no problems with my Windows 10 phone. The problem only occurs with Outlook on the PC.
