We tried it once on a cloned machine and run into the same problem. Also
using the latest nightly then (~1 week ago). Lost contacts and
calendars.
I should have saved the log, but I didn't... It said something like
"bla-location-bla is not set/empty".
Just tried it "for fun", didn't expect it to work already. :-)

Did you try the nightly builds and then reverted to 3.0.2?
If you ran that script, which you shouldn't have in the first place if
you don't know what it does, you MUST run the nightly build of SOGo
v3.
