are you sure, the sogod did restart? maybe you should reboot the server machine.
do you happen to have a second sogo.conf in another directory, other than /etc/sogo?

- delete the line
- change the superusername
I think that's the sogo.conf file is not interpreted during the restart.
- How I can verify ?
- this value is it write in database ?
