I install SOGo at system with localtime MSK (Europe/Moscow, GMT+3). There is all task filled with correct local time in web ui saved with -4 hours in database. And show with incorrect value. User has Europe/Moscow in her settings.
For example, create new task with From: 18:57 Save and click to task. From: 14:57.
