Hi. I started using my sogo server with Active Sync. Now i have recognized a big problem. With Outlook 2013 and 2016 the sync doesnt work as fine as maybe possible with mailboxes > 1-2GB.
When i try to send a mail to an mailbox with Active Sync, it will appear in the webmail just a few seconds after sending it. But now when i try to read the mail in Outlook it sometimes take about 10 minutes or more until the mail is synced i can work with it. I have already tried to set "SOGoMaximumSyncResponseSize" and "SOGoMaximumSyncWindowSize" to any possible value, to incrase the "SxVMemLimit" and to change the "SOGoMaximumPingInterval" and the "SOGoMaximumSyncInterval" values. I have also tried to change the proxy timeout values in the nginx configuration files. I have recognized that in the logfile are much entries like this: Sleeping 30 seconds while detecting changes in Ping... Sleeping 30 seconds while detecting changes in Ping... Sleeping 30 seconds while detecting changes in Ping... pid 26852 has been hanging in the same request for 4 minutes Do you have any idea?
