Thank you, we are on v3.2.7 now.
It seems that the problem is present in some versions of browsers, in
other versions the changes are persistent.
If I reproduce the problem on v3.2.8 with the recent versions of
browsers - I'll report it here again.
Too much log data here, I cannot find the traces of such errors.

Which SOGo version are you using?
They normally are persistent.
Do you get an error message in sogo.log when changing the calendar colour?
