The error message states, that it can not reach your AD server.

As you have 2 Servers, is it sucessfully switching between the two?
If yes, this is harmless.

We get those errors with openLDAP, when:
A) redundant routers get switched
B) Logrotate for the LDAP server is running
C) there are too many connections at a time, as the openLDAP is
restricted on purpose. That is especially possible while doing backups
via sogo-tool.

We never had any problems with it, as long as at least one of both LDAP
servers is reachable at all.
