Hi,

I have searched thru the FAQ and thru a lot of archived mailings of this list
entries but I have not found an answer so far.

We did install a mailcow-dockerized installation on our server and did migrate
our users from an external email provider now.
We do have a couple of aliases, two domain aliases, personal aliases and
group/distribution aliases (two or more users as recipients)
I do for example have my standard sender address and the mailcow admin UI does
show in my mailbox config that I am allowed to sent mails all together with 8
different adresses. But inside SOGo the web interface does me only offer six of
them when I click on sender (my personal address, the two adresses with the
domain alias and all personal aliases). The two group/distribution alias are
not offered as sender addresses. I had first thought that there might be a
limitation for the number of aliases when the two group/distribution aliases
did no show up. So I entered additional personal aliases for my mail account in
the admin interface but they did show all up then using the SOGo web interface.
Is there a restriction in SOGo Webinterface version 3.2.10 to just allow domain
and personal aliases as sender addresses and not group/distribution aliases?
I do receive the mails sent to my two group/distribution aliases in my mailbox
but I am unable to answer with the two aliases in the SOGo web interface.
Using Thunderbird or Outlook with IMAP I can easily use also the
group/distribution aliases as sender address.
But our users would like to use the group/distribution aliases as sender
adresses also in the SOGo web interface.

best regards
Guido
