Is jsxc js files loading in browser ?

I am integrating chat feature(JSXC) with sogo.
For this configuration i tried given url
https://github.com/jsxc/jsxc/wiki/Install-sjsxc-(SOGo) and downloaded zip
file using https://github.com/jsxc/jsxc.sogo/archive/master.zip URL. i made
some changes as per mentioned but chat is not working or not showing any
details about that.

Give more info what is not working ? JSXC for sogo is working on versions 2
and 4 for me...
