It only can use authentication via LDAP access to Active Directory. That said, you could use a so called SOGoSuperUser account. That has to be configured on the SOGo server in its /etc/sogo/sogo.conf configuration and be created in the authentication source (e.g. Active Directory). Every SOGoSuperUser has full access to every calendar and addressbook within SOGo. If you can change/add/delete events in a foreign calendar without consent of the owner, depends on the laws of the clients country. Here in Europe because of GDPR (=General Data Protection Regulation) that needs to be checked with a lawyer first.
