The calendar "personal" can not be deleted, as SOGo needs that for every
user in order to provide invitation functionality.
Therefore it is created on the first login of the user, together with
the "personal" address book.

You only can delete the complete account from SOGo on the command line
by using
/usr/sbin/sogo-tool remove ${userName}

This will remove all settings, address books and calendars in SOGo.
