As I understood it the list of URLs needs to change. If you alwas call
it latest it will not update. Only if you change eg connector-78.xpi to
conenctor-91.xpi.

can I point App.update.url to multiple urls (my own server and
thunderbird addons) ?
Or how can I ensure that Thunderbird always installes the sogo-addon
referenced in policies.json and not just installs the extension once ?
