There's a colon missing in the "SOGoIMAPServer" directive (should be "imaps://172.30.20.131:993"), perhaps that's the issue?

You probably should use the FQD as in the certificates used for TLS. In Thunderbird you can add exceptions for this. Not in SOGo I think.
