I suggest to install the below CKEditor plugins as default plugins in SOGo. The first plugin help all users to make the right text direction in all languages that work from right to left like Arabic, Hebrew and Farsi. BiDi (Text Direction): https://ckeditor.com/cke4/addon/bidi The second plugin support easy inserting of emoji characters by opening the emoji dropdown with a toolbar button.
