[SOGo] nginx proxy manager & SOGo

Not that exact situation, but I do have SOGo set up behind a nginx proxy 
(vanilla nginx i.e. not nginx proxy manager) running on a VM. If you think that 
my configs might be useful I'd be happy to share.
