Hi,

sending emails to big providers (who are trying to filter out SPAM) is getting
harder and harder.

This is not something particular with your setup of SOGo, but with your email
SMTP program (or that of your provider).

>From what it looks like, you are using gandi.net as a website builder/host?

Gandi.net does not seem to support DMARC and DMIC, without which many email
providers will filter out your messages.

Additionally, they seem to have blocked the entire gandi.net IP range, due to
SPAM servers.

What can you do?

First, test out your blacklist listing, hopefully your domain is not listed:

https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx

Then, test if you have SPF/DMIC/DMARC at all enabled (and if it is even
possible):

https://mxtoolbox.com/dmarc/dmarc-email-tools?referrer=cms_dmarchome

If all that passes, you can try to appeal to Microsoft to allow your IP address
through (use their contact email).

These days, it is almost easier to use an purchased email account from a
reputable provider to avoid all these issues, but with the right hosting
provider and the work on blacklists and SPF/DMIC/DMARC, it *is* possible to
send emails to all the big providers.

Best wishes,

Raoul
