Hello

First check the following things:
1) Has your colleague deselected the option "Send Appointment Notifications" when creating that event?

2) Has your colleague added that event via calDAV (e.g. via Thunderbird) and you have set in "Preferences" --> "Calendar" --> "Invitations" option "Disable e-mail notifications on CalDAV", and then your colleague did not select to send invitation on the calDAV client side?

If those above cases are not met, then this is a new bug in SOGo.

Kind regards,
Christian Mack

Hello!

Today we noticed that our installation of SOGo does not send appointment
invitations via delegated calendars. For example, a colleague of mine can
enter appointments in my calendar and invite participants. In this case, no
invitation email is sent to internal or external recipients.

But the appointment is added to the SOGo accounts of the invited users.

If I do the same in my own calendars, there is no problem. Invitations are sent
by e-mail to internal and external users.

Is this a bug, a design flaw or are we missing a configuration?

Many thanks for hints and suggestions! Best regards. Götz
