I tried it on the demo platform like in your picture.
I have Events in my calendar and in some other users calendar like this
If I create an event my availability is empty. The other one is visible.
I see this for all users. Not just me.
Thanks

Just to be clear :
On sogo, on your calendar :
- You create an event with nobody.
- Then, you create another event with someone, you don’t see any busy
information on you? (you being sogo2 in the screen).
If not, can you also try exactly what you’re doing on
https://demo.sogo.nu ?

Hello,
Yes, in all calendars include in free-busy is activated. The events I
wxpect to see in my (not)availability are blocking. When I do an
invitation from a testuser in web client my calendar seems to be OK.
So there seems to be a different handling of the inviters calendar
compared to invitees.

Hello,
In the webmail, could you check this:
Click on the 3 dots next to your calendar -> Properties ->
"Include in Free-Busy" is checked
Cheers,

Subject: [SOGo] Missing own availability in invitation form
Hello,
We are running a Mailcow/Sogo server (v. 5.12.3). When I setup an
new event in my calendar in the web client and invite some other
internal users I can see their availability but not my own. If I
do the same in Thunderbird it works.
This happens with different users and browsers/operating systems
on client side. Has anybody seen this before? What do we have to
do to correct it?
Thanks
Jürgen
