Ah, found something. In the sogo mysql table /sogo_user_profile /in the column /c_defaults, /there are json-encoded values for each user. And in the dictionary key /SOGoMailCertificate /there is the certificate bundle consisting of a base64 encoded concatenation of:

Also there is a key "SOGoMailCertificateAlwaysSign" which can be set to "1".

Will try to see if I can fill this with a batch script (unless someone has a better way).
