I use mailcow which bundles Sogo as the webmail solution. After a recent update, I’ve been getting markjs markup in my webmail search results. For example, when I search for “Backup”, in the results, the subject line of the found emails look like this:
[DTK <mark data-markjs="true">Backup</mark> Server]Task Scheduler has completed a scheduled task <mark data-markjs="true">Backup</mark> log file for 06/20/26 The stored subject in the message on the IMAP server is not actually modified, just how it is displayed, but it is in both the search results and the preview pane, but if I reply to or forward the email, the original subject line is preserved in the new message. But it is annoying and I was wondering if anyone had any immediate thoughts before I start rummaging through the js trying to figure out how to fix it. Thanks for your help! Charles
