Thanks for the details !
Our users only saw it on some emails when forwarding them.
The draft workaround is also working on our side.

It happens only for relpies but seems to be linked to formatting.
If I close the reply draft and open it it the draft folder everything
is fine. So my workarround is
1. reply and save as draft.
2. open draft and edit.
