Could not connect to Zookeeper

Solr client is not able to connect to zookeeper during a load test giving the 
below error. Any one else encountered this. 
org.apache.solr.common.SolrException: java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: 
Could not connect to ZooKeeper within 180000s.
