Hello Solr Users Group, My employer (Smarsh) is having trouble filling a couple Solr Engineering roles. We are now turning to finding solid Java engineers with an interest in learning search. While I can provide some on the job training, we are looking for recommendations for Solr training (a day or two) to bootstrap their learning.
