Hi Jan, I installed the solr 8.11.1 and just copy the contrib/clustering folder from the 8.7. It works correctly.

That is correct. You may be able to copy the contrib folder from the 8.7 release into your setup (since it is a plugin), but no guarantees. You can see in the linked SOLR JIRA issue why we had to do it this way.
