Hey Rebecca when we were just beginning our Solr journey we undertook the
entire sematext training suite (https://sematext.com/training/solr/). Rafal and
Radu have a lot of experience with Solr and Elastic Search and we were
extremely impressed with it and its value. We're in the southern hemisphere and
they made arrangements to accommodate us.
Although I've not completed it the Sease team is also excellent and assume
their training is the same (https://sease.io/training/apache-solr-training). I
follow Alessandro's work and have always found it to be of very high quality so
I would assume their training package is of the same high standard.
Finally, the open source connection team are also very experienced but you may
want to check if they offer beginner training as their training seems more
relevance focused and you'll most likely want a good foundation before your
take it
(https://opensourceconnections.com/training/solr-think-like-a-relevance-engineer-tlre/).

I don't think you can go wrong whatever way you go as all of the people in
these companies are very experienced in the Solr community and actively
contribute back to it!

Cheers,

Dwane

Subject: SolrCloud training recommendations

Hi there,

We are looking for virtual customized SolrCloud training for our project. We
are hoping to be able to meet with an instructor and discuss what topics should
be covered and then proceed with a one- or two-days course over zoom.

Does anyone know of any companies that offer that?

Thank you,
Rebecca
