Hi.

We run a solr 9.10.0 cluster on Azure kubernetes.
The 15 node cluster has been created by using the solr operator 0.9.1.
The cluster contains 42 collections, ranging from small (only a few thousand
documents , to biggest, containing 130 million records)
Each collection has 1 or more shards , with one or more replica's

We run a full import of all data every day.
After a new full import has been completed, we update the alias , and reload
the old collection to free up the cache.

We see sometimes errors like these:

index-20260204-0345_shard12_replica_t77:
org.apache.solr.common.SolrException:org.apache.solr.common.SolrException:
Index dir
'/var/solr/data/index-20260204-0345_shard12_replica_t77/data/index.20260205061901006'
of core 'index-20260204-0345_shard12_replica_t77' is already locked. The most
likely cause is another Solr server (or another solr core in this server) also
configured to use this directory; other possible causes may be specific to
lockType: native

The weird thing is this is the collection for the "old" reloaded collection.

Does anyone have any ideas?
