Hello, I am restoring a solr 8.11 backup to a new equal node cluster using the solrcloud collections api. When I do the restore, the shards are restored, but no replicas exist even though nrtReplicas=2. The original backup was from 16 nodes, the restore is to a cluster of 16 nodes. Also, I noticed that the restore does not spread the restored shards to all 16 nodes.
Does anyone have any idea's as to why the replicas are not being created and why the shards are not being distributed to all 16 nodes?
